Accessibility statement
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Our commitment
Feel Hospitality Advisory works in tourism and digital accessibility. For that reason, we want this website (feelhospitality.es) to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, navigate only with a keyboard, need to enlarge text or have low vision.
Conformance status
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. Based on the internal technical evaluation carried out in November 2026, we have not detected any failures in the tests described below. This is a self-assessment: it has not been audited by an independent body or validated with a group of screen reader users. That is why we explain transparently what we have checked and which limitations we know about.
What we have done
- Structure: page regions (header, menu, main content and footer), a single main heading per page and heading levels in the right order.
- Keyboard navigation: logical order, a “Skip to content” link and an always-visible focus indicator.
- Forms: visible labels linked to every field, required fields marked and autocomplete for personal data.
- Sufficient colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for normal text) and a layout that adapts down to 320 pixels wide (400 % zoom) without horizontal scrolling.
- Images with text alternatives and information that does not rely on colour alone.
- No automatically moving content or fade-in animations; the system preference to reduce motion is respected.
- Touch targets of at least 24 × 24 pixels.
- Languages: Spanish, English, Catalan, Galician and Basque, with the language of each page correctly declared.
- Accessible names for menus, icons and links that open in a new tab.
How we checked it
We ran the automated tool axe-core (version 4.10) on the main pages of every language and every template type (home, services, pricing, contact, blog, articles and legal pages), on desktop and mobile; we went through the whole site using only the keyboard; we reviewed the accessibility tree that assistive technologies read; we measured the contrast of text over images; and we tested zoom and text spacing. We removed the third-party floating accessibility widget because the improvements are applied directly in the site’s code.
Known limitations
- The blog and the legal pages (legal notice, privacy policy and cookie policy) are only available in Spanish. Links to them from other languages are marked “(ES)”.
- The interactive map on the contact page (OpenStreetMap) is a third-party component; zooming and panning with a keyboard or screen reader can be awkward. The full address is also given as text.
- The cookie notice is a third-party component (Complianz). We have corrected its contrast and target sizes, but its internal behaviour may have limitations.
- The English, Catalan, Galician and Basque translations may contain inaccuracies. If you find a mistake, please tell us.
